Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine! To keep things running smoothly for all clients, I kindly ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows (appointments missed without any notice) will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total.
All fees will be applied to the card on file. I completely understand that life happens — please don’t hesitate to reach out as soon as possible if something comes up. I appreciate your understanding and support as a small business!
